Euphorbia Bupleurifolia

Euphorbia bupleurifolia AKA Pinecone Euphorbia AKA Cycad Spurge is native to South Africa. It forms a fat caudiciform trunk which can be quite impressive on older plants and really does look a bit like a pinecone.

Water regularly once the soil is fully dry during the growing season, much less in winter as the plant is susceptible to root rot. Very well drained soil a must. Partial sun or light shade.

All Euphorbias contain irritating sap, use caution when handling the plant.

These plants are growing in 3.5 inch plastic nursery pots. Available for pickup and delivery potted in San Francisco otherwise ships bare-root.
